Blue tits 3 – Blackbirds 0

A young and very dead blackbird in the front garden

I have already spoken of our successfully fledged blue tits, now this . . .
Last Monday Jackie heard and saw a juvenille blackbird fly into the front bay window. She went outside and saw it hopping about in a slightly stunned manner.
I saw it later, and it seemed OK but last wednesday evening we found it dead.
I think its a blackbird, if you know different please speak up.
