Getting grumpier

Whilst walking in the town a few days ago I saw a great piece of (probably commissioned) spray can art.  A big chunk of wall (maybe 7 feet high and 14 feet long featured a southern right whale, and a small person lying on it or hugging it (if you can hug something that big).

In the top right corner was the key message, like this:

“Less than 1300 Southern Right Whales left”

And what was my reaction to this heart-felt image and message?  I heard myself screaming silently inside, ‘It should be FEWER than’.  Grumpy old git!
