A bit more garden wildlife

Hope I have not shown these before – found a couple of weeks back when cutting back the Kerria in the back garden.  The first is a fine cricket.

The colour and what pattern there is matches the rose leaf its on beautifully

Some rose in there provided these rose leaf galls.  Each having its own tiny new wasp inside – I guess.

And a few days later a passing dragonfly landed, and patiently waited for me to find camera and go outside to get its photo.
