Saturday evening on the town

Well, not really, but I did potter out at about 5.30 for a beer or two.  Went to the cycle themed bar at the station because I thought there’d be things and people to watch as I supped.  Pleasant pint of dry hopped Brighton Bier Dealers Choice – but for £4.65p.  Determined to enjoy it for an hour!
Then strolled to the Evening Star where I found a delicious black IPA from Otley Brewery in Pontypridd.  They called it Oxymoron, and I suppose a black pale ale is oxymoronic,  but increasingly common.
Home by 7.30 for baked potatoes and , of course, runner beans.  Boy, do we have beans.
