Spring has sprung here on the Leeds Liverpool canal.

Out walking with Graham and Viv from Saltaire to Bingley. Beautiful day.

Celandine growing from a hole in a tree.

More celandine with wood anenomes on the bank beside the river Aire.

Goslings being herded by parent birds, learning to beg from humans.  Lunch at the newly taken over Fishermen, managed to try Roosters Yankee, Saltaire Blonde and UBU Purity amber ale. Back via the Hockey gallery and retail experience where I saw a copy of Soviet Bus Stops (mentioned for Steve Chapman) and two Pevsner Architectural Guides side by side, Hull and Brighton and Hove.  What are the chances of that then? Actually there were only 5 guides so the odds should be easy to find, and they are not hugely unlikely.
