An Alice mystery solved

When we visited York last summer we spotted a fine statue of Alice (looking glass, rabbit holes, white queen, etc) in a garden visible from a part of the city walls.  But I could learn no more of it.

88. Alice statue from wall

In Bridport a few weeks ago Steve mentioned a workshop and gallery of a local artist which had displayed a fine Alice statue.  No longer in a window, but knowing the artist’s name (Robert James) we sought it out on line, and here it is:

Robert james Alice

The very one I think.  Well, one of a series I guess.
